Ultraviolet coatings are designed to react to specific ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet coatings contain two main ingredients, PHOTO-INITIATORS AND MONOMERS. Monomers are described to be similar to chain like molecules in the D.N.A. helix. The monomers are bonded together when the photo-initiator reacts to the sun light (from UV lamps) acting as the catalyst.

Hence, UV curable coating can only be cured under UV RADIATION, and must only be applied by machine and to be cured with oven contains 80-300 watt/cm UV lamp instantly at 8-12 m/min conveyor speed (depend on the characteristic of the coating and quality requirement).

LAMINATING MACHINE FOR HOT MELT GLUES Laminating machine for hot melt glues, working with a laminating nozzle of 1.300 mm working width to laminate flat workpieces, such as metallic sheets or PVC, with paper, PVC, CPL, etc.

The machine has an infeed table with inclined rollers at the infeed, a primer station to apply it when the metallic veneer or PVC workpieces are laminated and the outfeed with a double assembly of calendering rollers, working at a speed between 10 and 30 m/min 

Machine designed for the gluing and application of veneer sheets (optionally paper foil) on profiles made of MDF, particleboard, low quality wood, etc., using hot melt glue (PUR, EVA, Polyolefin). Machine controls placed in left-hand side according to the feeding sense.
