We have various types of automatic cup filling and sealing machines, special designed for drinking water, cappuccino, juice, yoghurt, jelly, pudding, and margarine either with or without solid pieces. It is a linear filling and sealing machine, targeting the high volume production output.

The machine is capable of working up to 30 strokes per minute, with 16, 20, 24 cups output/stroke. It can be offered either in standard design, hygienic design or aseptic design (distribution at ambient temperature with shelf-life up to 1 year).

It is appropriate for pre-formed containers which are loaded into a magazine device. It can be used for low/medium/high viscous, liquid and solid products. During the filling procedure the pre-set volume is filled through specialised filling systems. Suck-back and various nozzle shapes assure drop-free filling, providing clean surface for
sealing. Then, the filled-cups are sealed, either with plastic film in roll or with pre cut aluminium lids according to their shape.

The quality of packaging material, coordinated with sealing temperature, pressure and time provide a hermetic seal.
The machine may utilise coding stamp and/or application of clipping cap devices. The finished products are coming off the machine in a row either on a conveyor belt or to subsequent packaging stations.
