HOT FILLING SYSTEM

 

 

Our machine is a precise hot filling system that is particularly designed for hot filling at 85-95 °C for low to medium viscosity products into heat-set and crystallized PET bottles. It is therefore suitable for non carbonated beverages like fruit juice with or without pulp and fibre, isotonic drink, and tea. It has working capacity from 5,000 up to 36,000 BPH.

The entire unit can be designed without size changeover being required. It is equipped with CIP/SIP, and total product recycling, which keeps constant filing temperature.
