UNIPACK XU YUAN - AUTOMATIC LABEL INSERTER MACHINE are designed to apply shrinkable-sleeves to empty containers either for caps (tamper evidence) and/or full body label (conforming to bottle shape) with PET, PVC, OPS labels with working speed from 60 to 1.200 bottles per minute. The machine can be placed before or after filling.

• The label fingers pull the sleeve label over the container, and securely positioning it on the container.
• Once the sleeve is applied, the container will be conveyed to highly customize heating tunnel. Hot air, infra-red lamps or hot steam are used.

The machine is constructed with stainless steel frame equipped with the following standard features: Mitsubishi / Siemens PLC and motor inverter, Hakko / Siemens touch screen, Micro photo sensor system, Cutting device and brush unit with speed control, adjustable rubber rolls for different label sizes, and tube-typed label feeding device. The machine can be equipped on request with the following equipment : electric or stem tunnel, air knife, shrink improving tunnel, mislabeling rejection device, T-perforation, double roll film, accumulator and automatic film splicer.
