UV curing system |
| |
In order to improve performance, increase profitability and gain environmental acceptance, many companies are switching to high performance, solvent-less coatings cured by ultraviolet (UV) light or electron beams (EB).
Ultraviolet (UV) coatings contain no solvents and pollutants when cured. It is proven technologies that 100% environmentally safe. Chemicals in the UV coating cure instantly when exposed to UV light without shrinkage or polymerize inks, coatings, and adhesives, making industrial processes more efficient, while virtually eliminating the air pollution and waste generated by traditional methods

Direct Printing Line
|
| |
The printing machine works mainly with hardboard and MDF with a 2,5 mm thickness to make cupboard rear panels.
It is integrated in a line of Barberán S.A. that works at 30 m/min. The panels of 3,6 m length are printed with cherry wood and nut tree design. These printing machine allows every design on panels, maximum width 80 mm, working at a speed up to 60 m/min and with a digital electronic system for pattern matching of different parts of the engraved rollers, adjustable from the screen of the machine |

In-Line Moisture Content Meter |
|
The FMI In-line system of Brookhuis Micro-Electronics for longitudinal feeding makes it possible to measure wood moisture content without contact with the wood. The FMI “Type L” can measure the moisture content at a speed to 600 metres a minute and measures along the full length of the board 400 times a second.
The FMI System Type L includes a Control Unit and a U Shaped Feed-through Sensor. The control unit is microprocessor-controlled. Data (the wood species, the dimensions, the specific weight, the maximum and minimum admissible moisture contents of the wood and the action which should follow when the moisture content is outside the limits) can be programmed into product programs by the user. The FMI system can be integrated into production lines for sorting, marking or ejecting the wood
