GEA PROCOMAC sterilization system is the outcome of the experience gained on many installations. By acting on no less than four main parameters (spraying pressure, temperatures, concentration and flow rate) it is easy to archive ideal sterilization performance on both internal and external surface of bottles and caps. At the same time the system has wide safety margin in case of malfunctioning. Wet PAA sterilization combined with sterile water rinsing offers the best guarantee against cold spot contamination thanks to its effective mechanical removal action.
GEA PROCOMAC aseptic Fillers offer a wide flexibility in term of products (limpid or containing pulp and fiber, high and low acid, still and carbonated) and in terms of bottle shape and design. Bottle changeover times have been minimized by the adoption of a self-adapting bottle neck handling system.
